@SuperDUDE666666 It's not that big... And a bigger compressor runs less, which means it runs cooler (e.g. doesn't get hot from overworking). Cooler air = less moisture in the compressor air. Most cutting will be 1/4" and 3/8" plate
The only thing that would keep me from making the doorway bigger, is if I didn't own the house. You don't want to be around that plasma cutter while it's cutting. You are going to need to have a great way to ventilate that area, and even still, with a space that small, you still might want a mask. Plus, if you move the tormach into the basement, you won't have to listen to that compressor cycle (which isn't going to be enjoyable in a space that size either).
I plumbed the motor-guard next to my plasma. That way any moisture that might form due to condensation on the travel from the air compressor to the plasma will be captured. I then have a short 2 foot hose from the motor-guard to the plasma
My vote is to not place the filter on the inlet side of the tank. I'm certainly not an expert, but it seems to me that the compressed air coming off the compressor is very hot. The tank actually cools down the air, allowing condensation of water in the tank. Thus the tank is the first water trap. It can be drained periodically from the bottom. Then filtration and drying can be done downstream after much of the water has been removed. I always put an elbow/ball valve on the bottom to drain.
going to have to check out that brand...

Safety, Safety, and Safety, you do't want five horses tramping on your head. take tripple care and tripple check.

My vote is to keep the dryer as far away as possible as well. the air needs to cool down for the water to seperate.
