I have given birth to 4 children...all naturally (no epidural) and I was NOT offended by this at all. I thought it was pretty dang funny lol! That sure is what it feels like to have a baby...one big watermelon coming out a very delicate part of you! LOL! Thanks for the giggle (as our 4 month old fusses beside me!)

I too have had children, and think if you can't take random moments in good humour you might as well doom yourself to a sad existance.
Keep having fun! I will certainly have odd moments where I, too give "birth" to balls etc (my kids love it lol)
