comparing indian clubs to a clubbell is silly like oranges and apples actually, i have my differences with the rmax group but the clubbells are amazing tools and only a fool will not realize that after taking some time with it - and they are in my opinion an invention of its own as everything from the past was either to large or to small - the modern clubbell is a Simply smart tool and the most fun you can have training with a weight. not to mention personal expression and style...
sorry, but Clubbells were simply a way for Scott Sonnon to make money. I have a set of Clubbells that don't get as much time as my Indian clubs, which i use every day. I find the Indian clubs to be superior and easier to learn. Scott Sonnon doesn't know how to create an instructional video and that's precisely what turned me off from Clubbells. I'm not bashing Scott for he has done a good thing but I just don't believe Clubbells are any better, and Indian Clubs are competitively priced.
Jesus Christ, what a shit! Please delete that fuckin shit. Immediately please. Thank you!

If you can make an instructional video better than Coach Sonnon, you're certainly free to try, however i doubt that's going to happen.
By the way, no one said clubbells were better than indian clubs, they are different and serve a different purpose!

John, thanks for posting. I have been indoctrinated into clubbell swinging only a few months ago and have already gained benefits.
