Not sure about Deer Creek, MI but I believe that's DTE Energy Music Theatre in Clarkston MI. People might have known it back then as Pine Knob. This venue has the best atmosphere of any outdoor venue.
I love this song since i was just a kid when Daddy always put the foreigner records on. And i still love this song til now. Never get bored with their songs. The live performance was a-maze-ing. Love it.
