It's a remix for Utsuho Reiuji's Theme (from Touhou SA), the full name of the original is "Solar Sect of Mystic Wisdom ~ Nuclear Fusion" and this is called "Radiant, Radiant Symphony". Sorry for my awful english... The song is still awesome...
