Palm Smash cancelling, I learned from some guys at Kung Pao Fu, great God Hand fansite.

My combo was:

Left Jab 3 - Straight 3 - Floating Butterfly - Suar Gene Combo - Stinging Bee - Uppercut 3

@valkarie789 I'd say God Jab - God Straight - Floating Butterfly, Sugar Gene Combo - Stinging Bee - God Uppercut. Simple, quick, dizzies easily. More expert combos would involve sticking a Rolling Sabot in there or something, I dunno, it's been almost two years since I last played xD

Yeah, but not in a single playthrough. You'll have load your cleared save and play a new game+ a few times to get enough money to buy every Technique, Roulette and Power Up.

buy haymaker of god and invincible fist and use both but use haymaker instead if you can get him close to a wall keep usin it. thats wat i did used haymaker and pressed up on the right joystick and used it again its really effective until he does a back flip....try and see how it does

God of Haymaker is weaker then Palm Smash and cost more. Why bother? Rather Palm Smash him against the wall.

That was pretty much luck, I saw Azel start kicking and prayed Jab would be quicker (counter hits FTW!); I didn't expect to dizzy him so the entire Charged Punch -> Palm Smash -> Pummel thing was quite rushed together, and was a good exercise for my fighting brain XD

Nice fight! I like the fact that most (if not, all) of that fight was just straight up fighting.

No cheap mumbo jumbo tricks. (Except for the Palm Smash spam, which I didn't really care about.)

Glad you enjoyed it, I find it really difficult to get a reliable Azel fight without cheap Techs but then again the fights you can get are, well you can see the result ^_^

The Palm Smash spam I mostly did because of damage, and also at the time I just realised I could do ten >_> It worked great for setting up my second Pummel though.

Thanks, I always liked that combo because it juggles against walls easily, which was my old method of fighting Azel (juggle Azel with Flying Triple against the wall and hold him like a High Side Kick lock. Which I can't do =_=).

BTW, is there some sort of way to predict when Azel does a low sweep kick counter? It seems random at times.

I haven't found a way of predicting the sweep, it's just luck =P Just remember, he usually does it to counter a dash jumping kick, a guard break move or certain techs like Roundhouse Kick series.
