I'm all for it. I've seen amazing improvement in every area of my own health, plus a steady fat loss (needed!) and greatly-increased energy since I began high doses of purified fish oil about six months ago; in fact, I now take the high quality liquid fish oil, lemon-flavored, which has absolutely no fishy taste at all! I've also been following the zone eating plan, and gotta say it's great to feel fit, strong, and much younger than you are, as a senior! ~
