Yeah. 3200 meters is deffinately not the same as two miles. 18 meters can make a difference. Depending on how fast you run there can be as much as 2-4 seconds difference.

1 mile = just over 1,609 meters. So 3,200 meters is 18+ meters short of 2 miles.

Sorry TK, the difference is about 3.1 seconds according to the charts. In addition, the faster you go, the less amount of time you add, meaning it's actually less than 3.1 seconds when you are going faster. Just thought you'd like to know.

Nope, 4 laps is not exactly one mile, it's 1600 meters. There's a difference. Same goes with the 3200.
