The JS-1k had dimazio paf and dimazio paf pro on those ones I think. You can count on me being wrong, it is 10 years ago I had one of those 1k's and I regret I ever sold it!

yes , it is big problem...you cant tune down guitars with floyd rose tremolo ...

search for it on google and you will find out why ...

try to visit any nearby music store... they shoud help you.

floyd rose have springs ... if you want to play on some dropt tuning ..you need to put one more spring, floyd still must be paralel to the guitar body.

The thing around 2:25 is just some artificial harmonics (using the right hand finger) and dive-bombing with the tremolo bar...

The only thing to care about in a PRS tremolo is that you can affect the intonation of the strings after the effect.

Well... I think it's not!!! My guitar is the JS-100, wich is lowest in price (the worst one) of the JS series... If you have the money look to a better one, like the JS-1200!!! I'm in love with that guitar... :)

Well, I think it's a great guitar for its cost. I am thinking about getting a JS-1200 cause I love it! But the JS-100 can give these high armonics feel in the notes relatively well.

My tremolo came with a little screw that can be adjusted to push a little the tremolo bar. Good: it can be fixed. Bad: it will eat the bar everytime you move it. But well, I can always buy another bar! :)

I started to play electric guitar when I was 12 years old, but always "self-learning". I have never took a class or had a teacher. So, I know how to play a note but my level is not too much high and I can't do very complicated things. Anyway, I can enjoy the instrument a lot and now it's part of my life. Thanks for the comment!
