Yea, I just got here because of the Kotaku post about Last Ninja for Commodore 64. When I played this game, I could not figure out a number of puzzles because of their confusing position in the isometric view. Wasn't clear what to do either.

the c64 rules at this game anyway.even at amiga standards.without the extra grapics.the sonud as well.

Wow. OK, so here we have a ninja who waits for the traffic lights to cross the street, fights homeless people, constantly gets kicked in the nuts like a punk, uses a molotov cocktail on an alligator and distracts a panther with a chicken leg, and uses an electronic card reader to open doors? What school of ninjitsu did this guy come from Curly-Ryu? What ever happened to flipping out and slicing things in half? Pathetic! WORST. NINJA. EVER!

Did you look at the C64 longplay? If you decide to play this game again, I highly recommend you play the C64 version instead, it's much better :)

nope i didnt even finish watching all this after i saw the aligator part made me feel too stupid but ill check it out right now because i saw many comments sayin that its way better than nes version
