@HinataHyuga45454545 I think that look was suppose to be a facial expression for being shocked/overwhelmed/extreme happiness.

You know the look where many people get teary-eyed when their special someone proposals and puts the ring on their finger.

That's the expression Rune Factory was going for, but some people mistake the expression as sadness which is FAR from the case in many RF proposals.

But I can see where you're confused.
