The issue is always the same - people telling lost people that they are saved (although the evidence of their lives is contrary), and then those lost people that were never saved go on for the rest of their lives to believe in the "once saved always saved" cliche, even though they are in a constant state of willful sin. Prideful sinners who love to say they are saved regardless of their obvious standing before a Holy God.
