david stern doesnt do anything about the inconsistent officiating because that way it is less obvious when the games get manipulated in favor of teams that will bring in more money. more people watch the celtics, lakers, nuggets cavs etc.
if rondo had been suspended for trying to knockout miller the celtics would havve lost the series.

If you have to look at a replay several times to come to a conclusion thats it was a foul then guess what there was no foul. If he would have missed they would not be complaining. He through his hands up, something you usually do when you intentionally foul someone, saying fouls on me. He clearly wanted to foul him, fouled him twice in a row. The fact that NBA reviewed the play, and said the officiating crew messed up supports that. Yeah, Melo made a great shot, but foul should have been called prior that shot attempt.

He swiped for the ball and missed, raised his hands up like he did nothing. How do you call that a foul. Had he wanted to foul he would have A) Grabbed him instead of swiping for the ball. About raising the hands, not sure if it's true or not, but him raising his hand might mean that e was showing that he fouled carmelo. Players sometimes do that, thats why he stopped playing defense cuz once he raised his hands up he thought he was for a foul, noticed he wasn't and tried to block melo's shot.

But, the Mavs should've hit their freethrows in that game... They didn't deserve to win that one.... Wright should have grabbed him if he was fouling, cause for the most part it looked like he wasn't trying to foul him. It still was a foul, but Wright probably could have made it more obvious. Well, nothing to do now but man up and win some games, Mavs must use this as motivation to win another game, and continue to stave off elimination.

I agree Wright committed a weak foul, it shouldn't have gotten to that point in the first place. If the refs have been whistle happy the whole game up to that point, and KNOW that the Mavs had a foul to give, then Wright shouldn't have had to foul very hard to get the call. Inconsistent officiating is ruining the playoffs year after year, and it's really screwing some great series.

Yeah, the Mavs had 47 free throws in the game, had three of Denver's big men either in foul trouble or fouled out, and missed four free throws at the end that would have cinched the game. AND THEN the ref decided to not call a foul on Wright knowing that Melo would make an extraordinary shot. HOW DEVIOUS? RIGGED FOR SURE!
