Hidden threads on the inside? The tiny ones that are notoriously easy to strip if you don't baby the crown? Lovely. Something that big and beefy, looks tough as nails; but now has easy to strip threads. I doubt that would be covered under warranty. I hear Omega, Oris, and TAG Heuer have those types of threads as well.
Thank you, you just saved me a few thousands of dollars.
I am so close to buying a Breitling Superocean steelfish from the fall of 2006. Superoceans are beautiful! Elegant and macho. Beautiful watches, once again
it deals with 150ATM of pressure. I've never personally seen a casio or a seiko going that deep. less durable? My ass! My Breitling Steelfish X-plus is incomparable to the Seiko Orange Monster of mine.
My girlfriend bought me this watch in 2006 in the UK. It retailed at £1450 but we asked if we could have any discount and they said without quibbling £1150, not bad 300 quid off just for asking. Never pay the price on the ticket. The ticket price in 2010 is £2100. It's beautiful
freaking Europe always with the higher prices :( I was told today that the Colt Automatic here [ Greece ] retails for 2100 euros and with the discount i was offered i could get it for sm like 1800 - aprox 2500 $ - :(
Anyway, the one presented here is a great watch but i would save a bit more and go for the SuperOcean Heritage 46 which is my favorite from Breitling ;)
Well thank you sir ;) Stand by cause in a few days i will upload my very first video, which will be a video review of my new watch purchase. This will also be my very first video on Youtube so yeah... Anyway, i will post it as a video reply in one of BreitlingSource's videos [ the one presenting the Sinn Regulator ] :D
how can you people give thousands dollars on time measuring devices which are even less durable than Casio?? I like watch too and got seamaster for 1600usd,but I feel like I'm seduced by it,otherwise I would never never give so much money for watch.Imagine what you can do with those thousands!
nice

Is the AR coating on the inside or outside of the crystal? Or both?(!) Apparently these coatings scratch pretty easily?
Great review, looks good! :D

did anyone else cringe when he rotated it one more notch past the 12 o'clock? especially cos he was trying so hard to get it to sit at the 12.
