It's from the second manga-- Basically what has happened is Usagi/Bunny (Serena) is she fainted after using her moon stick (Crecent moon wand) for the first time. Tuxedo Kamen, who had been there encouraging her, scoops her up and takes her to his apartment.

@DarkCosmos The last one is from the last manga, I don't remember what the rest were because I just finished the manga...it was the part when Bunny said "Darien, say it again..." and Darien went, "But I already said it 5 times already...okay, fine I love you Bunny lets get married" it was the very last book of the manga...like if the anime had it it would be like episode 201 or something like that but the anime was made specially...
