And like 20 other animes where mature (even muscular) grown men are poorly (or just plain wrongly:Like Goku) voiced by petite Japanese women. They do indeed have an english version. I'm pretty sure at least. Hatsune Miku is exclusively Japanese though.  There are other vocaloids in other languages. I don't know who they are.

Contrary to popular belief "Hentai" isn't necessarily the exact same as porn, and in the game "LoveDeath 2" You can actually go without the Hentai part. There are Hentai games out there with a 'non-hentai' option, funny thing is even plain old dating sim games in Japan are usually still classed as hentai.
