The biggest problem is the police do nothing.
I live in a area with many gangs and had more then 4 people killed down both sides of my street.
Been chased by gangs by self, mostly all of them carry a knife and want your phone etc.
The police here see the gangs on the streets and they stop and cross the road to avoid them.
I have tip's to avoid gangs.
1 stay far away from parks.
2 walk near shops and aviod allys
3 stay in groups of 3 or 2, more people the worst as the gangs what a gang fight.
