How is it to live there? Is there any affordable housing as one house I seen for sale was 500k n it wasnt that nice, here in mi for that price you could have a very nice home. Is simi near the ocean, any waterfalls or other pretty scenery? How do the majority of the ppl act?

Very nice. I grew up in Simi Valley and now live up in Northern California. I just wish they stop building houses on those beautiful hillsides you filmed. It is ashame.
