@sattanino My uncle used to put him on tour. All the warrens are great people. I used to bowl with Mark in Dallas. They are from my area and my grandmother said all of them were great kids.
Honestly, that stone 9 pin he left on the final ball might have been his best shot that game. Must have had too much energy on the backend and drove right past that 9!
That wasnt his best shot of that game. Chris is my coach and I talk to him about that all the time. He came in high in the pocket and blew right by the 9. I wish he would of won though. Freakin Monkey Boy Devaney. Throwing a 10 bagger. Damn lol
Again, more high flush than high (I think he would more likely have left a 4 pin if he came up high). I would say the ball contacted the pocket on maybe board 18 or 18 1/2. So to me it really wasn't a "high" hit, but certainly, as I said before, a high-flush hit that you'd usually strike many times on, but unfortunately, not on that particular shot.

Vanni nails this one...That last shot that Warren threw was very good, but with his power, that's the result you can sometimes get with today's powerful bowling balls. I wanted Chris Warren to win that shootout, that would have been awesome!
That's my coach!! GO WARREN!!! You taught me well!

@triggerdigger213 Sounds great. When I went to pro ams as a kid I was praying I would draw him-never did. A beautiful game. Bowled like an artist.

I am happy.
I live in grantspass where chris lives.
He works at a bowling ally, and made a ball for me about 2 weeks ago.

I thought it was a awfully good shot though. Looked more "high flush" than "high" to me, and it "plowed" right on through past that 9.
vanni9283 3 years ago
Yeah, your right. Didn't hit that high, but enough to go right by the 9 :(
Pinhead298 3 years ago
Still a hit I thought could have struck.
vanni9283 3 years ago
Most definently. When I was watching it on Tv, it looked like a perfect shot or just a bad rack, but he did go a little high. :(
Gotta give him credit. He bowled a hell of a game.

Yes, really a great one, but he has been so unlucky.... Hope he's not depressed...

Yeah, it's tough to shoot 250 and lose! Saw an LPBT title match today where Anne Marie Duggan shot 160...and WON! lol!!!
