hey, how do you do these bolts and fires at the end? which tools do u use??

in GIMP there is a tool, when you draw with the 'pencil' or brush: it's called 'add tremble' (zittern hinzufügen). enable the function and put the amount on maximum. now you can draw the lines in white on a new -transparent- layer. then add a new transparent layer (under the other one) and add a smooth blue outline. for this i set the transparency of the brush to 30%. i also fade out the other layers for making the process easier. the picture must be big enough for a good result
