Well, I'll try to explain. The episode is about a patient, who has a severe agoraphobia, and is afraid to face the world. Cameron is treating him with Chase and of course House's help. Meanwhile House is trying to avoid Cuddy, but is actually thinking about her, and at the end of an episode he decides to go to her apartment and talk to her, but when he actually finds himself in front of her door, he just can't do it, he's too afraid. It's a good episode, you should watch it!

that girl looks like the same girl who appeared in the episode 2 weeks ago where the dad and the daughter were affected.
