  • Soon after independence Mahatma Gandhi went on for a fast against Nehru and Sardar Vallabhai Patel that they had not released the25 crs to Pakistan for developing Pakistan's civil defense force.Since patel got information that Pak will use it for clandestine operations in J&K.And finally the money was passed and Gandhiji called off the fast.Pakistan used this money to recruit and train tribals to invade JK.How many of our new generation will know this.
