@Ram256PL its not an opinion, actually the guy I was talking to might be. if u dont care fine move on. Commenting on every conversation u dont care for is gonna get pretty time consuming for you LOL
@santiagofernandez97 Cheers. As I've pointed the piloting wasn't the aim of this video. I'll post a response to this vid of some aircraft carrier landings if that will satisfy all the pilot critiques out there!
Very nice little clip. Helpful to see REX2.0 as I'm awaiting its arrival very soon in the post. What you've shown is really good. What version of 737 is this?
@CelticReject £20 i think but you can make i 10x more realistic the lag in the simulator was because hes recording. i recomend a very fast comput with a cpu like a i7 2600k and a nvidia gx285 graphics card :)
There are a number of technical problems with this video. When you line up to take off (i.e moving off the taxiway) you should do that slowly and then thrust up to 70%, make sure engines are stable and then thrust up to 100%. When you took off you pitched up way to high, usually you would only pitch up about 9 - 13 degrees. And finally your heathrow approch was way too high. Just saying, that was technically speaking i know FSX is for fun as well. Nice vid tho :)
Nice flying, only thing I want to add is that the speed limit is 250kts under 10.000ft. And your vertical speed is a bit high during climb out, I normally keep that at about 1900/2000ft/m
@eclipse245 Sorry, you are not correct. The rule is there but it does not apply under all conditions, briefly it depends on the type of aircraft, airspace, and whether ATC are providing VFR traffic separation information to IFR traffic. Requests for speeds higher than 250kts are often granted by ATC in Europe
@Ram256PL care about what? You mean the 250kts below 10k comment.. Well, I think 'care' is probably not the word, some people may be 'interested' so I thought I'd point it out for those people. Sorry if that irritated you, if so youtube comments probably isn't the place for you :)
@MrAhmadhere I was using the moving map and runway heading. Also if you live in London you get pretty used to the flight path.. just wait till you get to the Thames and turn left :)
omg that was bad... climb flight with 25 degree pitch and such extreme side-flight declination is beyond tolerance limit, than, you are too fast and your vertical speed is also too high, therefore you get the "DONTSINK" warning. If I were your co-pilot at this flight, I had peed in my pants ;-)
@unheilig666 wow a smart arse on YT! But you are wrong I never exceeded 21deg. True the 737 limit is 18degrees but other aircraft (e.g MD-80) have 25deg limits so unless ur incontenent you shouldnt be peeing yourself!
As for side flight declination (lol study hard kiddie). I was trying to do it in under 10mins with no passengers and low fuel in 45mpg gusts so as my co-pilot you would expect some fun! Wasnt too fast and never exceeded 1k ft/min even with huge gusts. Think u missed the point!
@unheilig666 I don't think we need to adhere to FAA ruling on Flight Sim, if we flew 'by the book' each time what fun & discovery would be in that. Very nice video Mr deloford, enjoyed the weather presentation.
were, you using UK2000 Scenery because I can tell when you are turning towards the airport, you get a great amount of lag, like I did anyway great video, thumbs up
@firedude767 yes its surprisingly good FPS for the detail. As you can see in this video if the GFX is set high the detail/runway lights appear when you are very close which kind of ruins it. I would give it 9/10
@deloford Thanks for the response! If that is the only downfall, I am ok with it. I pretty much have the same computer specs so it should work fine! I have also heard that they will be updating it, since the real Heathrow has undergone a lot of changes.
I've done this one: Gatwick to Geneva and it would be great if you did it and put it on youtube cos it really is brilliant and with your great graphics it'll be awesome! bit hig on approach though :)

Why do people dislike just because he flies like a cow? It is a good video showing the product in a neutral way.
