sicuramente un bel basso e bravo esecutore.. ma quel suono pieno di alti .. come si fa a capire la resa dei pick up... (uno che non fa jazz non lo prende;-) magari invece di sbrodolarsi tanto, fare più varietà di sound....
@sasukeuchihalb 1. He's playing a famous Jaco tune "Teen Town" too fast, and therefore he messes up a lot. 2. There's not groove 3. This is a demo of a bass, so most of the time someone looking to buy a bass doesn't want to hear a virtuosic solo bass piece, they want to hear something basic.
@squiresuzuki well true, i didnt really consider the fact that its intended as a demo. i was just thinking his bass playing isn't bad by any means, but i suppose i understand why now.

Just like it did at the very end of his career when he was at his worst mental health condition,just watch his playing in the Modern Bass playing vid he made(the one where he was confined to his motel room for 3 days prior to filming to assure he was not drinking or drugging and too dry him out)THATS as close to a Jaco sound as this guy is. SORRY,but its not an insult but constructive criticism.

Dude, that's not very fair, he has got good technique. I'm not a bass player myself, but the sound he can produce is pretty good. Yeah he plays fast, but the video is showing his bass.
@mckendrick4046 I appologize for any nasty comments,unautherized person(nephew)had a blast talking crap on just about every site I visit,I left it un-locked and he had quit a time talking crap to anyone in his way,SO I am sorry for what was said and this dude is a great player and fellow Italian which is good enuff for me.
