It is in fact to shin do. My teacher Mark Russo is the highest ranking student of the arts founder Stephen Hayes.

I like how the attacks for Toshindo are not as mechanic as the attacks other ninjitsu defend against.

I must say I dont entirely agree with all the to shin do philosophy but I agree with driveby33. Experience it before you judge.
