  • Hello, I just came across this video and I am curious. I see the girl in the white tank top @ 1.15 and she has a large chest but it seemed to slim down with her weight loss. My question is did you measure your bust before and after and was it actually smaller after. Because I am a size H and I have been told since they have always been large they will be large even with exercise. I need to slim all over..including the bust. Any auggestions or help?

  • @MsPynkPynk I stumbled upon this video as well and found your post interesting. I have always had big boobs. I am about 5'3 and stayed around 130 for years. Then I got to about 145/50 in college and after I left got down to about 118 and my chest has stayed exactly the same I am GG/H depending on the cut of the bra. Usually if you are not overweight and you chest has been consistently the same size for years they are there to stay. I am working on dropping 25 lbs now but I know the chest stays.

  • My goal is to move more. Right now I am shooting for 20 minutes of exercise everyday and I have a weight loss buddy and we talk to each other on Wednesdays and Sundays. Also, I'm a snacker so instead of reaching for sugary stuff I've decided to have a bowl of apples in my office instead of granola bars or candy and I carry an apple in my purse. An apple has lots of fiber and keeps you full. Two weeks in and I've lost 4lbs!

  • Two weeks ago, I went to the gym and weighed myself. I weighed 201 lbs. I went to workout today and weighed myself again and I dropped 3 lbs. Even though it's just a small loss, I feel a big difference in myself, starting to feel confident :-) I'm definitely trying to become healthier this year! Happy new year to you beautiful ladies! I hope to keep this goal up and active because I really want to lose 50 lbs by the end of the year.

  • I weigh 296 I'm 5'9" n 30 years old. Motivation is one of the things I'm lacking, I know what I HAVE to do, I KNOW what I want to do but I'm lacking the motivation to start. I just purchased a week of fresh diets, meal delivery plan, and my coworker gave me the Jillian Michaels '30 day shed' DVD to try out so I have a plan.   • @mnique4578 I would consider thrift store shopping or maybe getting your clothes taken in. Also, catching your favorite store when they have a clearance sale or looking on the rack is a good way to save money. I would buy things that I would have multiple uses and in start with neutral colored pieces. I am in the same boat. I have to lose 30 lbs in order to be at my suggested weight. And money is an issue when it comes to clothes.

  • Actually I started last semester. I took a water aerobics class (pe equivalent) to kick start my weight loss I went from 188 to 179 now the main challenge for me is to stay active.

  • HAPPY NEW YEAR'S LADIES, yes i am starting over again so keep me posted on your out come and i will do the same:) i love p90x and i just have to be consistent. i made plans to do Zumba on Mondays and strength training on Tues & Thrus.

  • Great video! Just some additional advice...it's really important to have not only a goal, but also a plan laid out to reach your weight loss goal. For beginners, following an exercise program makes it a lot easier. I'm speaking from experience. I've always been into working out, but not until I did the P90 program, did I start seeing my body begin to transform into what I wanted it to look like for so many years! Also, don't look at it as a diet...view it as a lifestyle change! Good luck!! :)

  • @CcDeeZy7 yay :-) I'm starting the p90x program in a couple of weeks and I'm so excited. I'm hoping to get great results and make the change a forever lasting lifestyle. Good info :-))

  • @DCNaturalgirl Oh that's great!!! P90x is crazy hard! I would suggest if you're a beginner when it comes to working out, to try P90 then progress to P90x! But if you follow the plan, you will have GREAT results. I'm actually going to do a review of my experience doing P90 for the new year here soon and post my result pics if you want to see! GOOD LUCK!!!! :)

  • I work out 5 days a week, three days Trx/ kettlebells, and two days of yoga. When the spring comes back around running outside 5 miles once or twice a week. I've been working out for three years now, and kept my weight loss of 31 pounds off. I do watch what I eat, but need to step up my game, I decided no more sugar or wine. Why because I haven't been able to lose these last five pounds. Mainly my stomach/ thighs. So my goals started Jan 2, 2012. I'm happy to have a great trainer/ gym family!

  • @paperclip2123 I dont know any brands specifically but you can try buying good sporting bras at sears or macys they are expensive but very supportive on your breast and back which is essential because for us busty girls we need all the support when losing to prevent sagging

  • Looking goods ladies!! I am so so so happy people are waking up and more aware of what they are putting in their bodies, I have been teaching my children this for many many years. To get fast foods for them was a treat because they got it MAYBE once a year, because I am a cooker. and they are now 20, 17,15 and 11 and I'm still on them about it..   • I am 5'1 and I recently weighed in at 145 lbs. my goals are to get to 130, and tone up! I plan on doing this by my birthday 3/30.

  • I am starting a health/fitness journey called tight -n-right in 2012 on Jan 16 after I get doctors clearance to work out again. Goal is to lose a total of 30 pounds, reduce my BP and Cholesterol and get as close to the shape I was in four years ago when I was in the Army.

  • My fitness goals for 2012 aren't resolutions but I hope to be more fit and by that I mean exercise more. I never exercise. While I weigh 135 pounds and am 5'7 I can't imagine what my body fat percentage is and that is what counts the most. Weight doesn't count the most because someone can be TOFI ( term coined by Dr. Oz) which means thin on the outside fat on the inside.
