  • hahaha what a great top comment

  • Hi :) could you please tell me how big your aluminium/foil tray is? Also, is there a way of telling when its ready to eat? Thankyou!!

  • @Jkekun26 Hi. Thanks for watching. The oreo pie crust is just a standard 9 inch pie crust. The pie should set up in about an hour in the refrigerator. You want the filling to be chilled and hold it's shape. Hope you will like this recipe! Thanks again for stopping by!

  • U look awesome for baking

  • what can I do if I don't have the oreo pie crust?

  • @Lisya97 Hi! Thank you for watching. You can make a homemade oreo pie crust by crushing some oreo cookies and mixing it with some melted butter. You will roughly need about 2 1/4 cups of crushed oreos and 2 1/2 ounces melted butter. Mix together then press into the bottom and up the sides of a pie pan. You can refrigerate for about an hour to let it chill and setup some. Hope you will like this! Have a beautiful day. Hugs...

  • is the middle key lime pie

  • What is cool whip ?

  • @aoifecono Hi! Thank you for watching and writing in. Cool whip is a non-dairy whipped cream substitute that stays fluffy. Whipped cream should work in its place, although it won't be as fluffy. You could add some gelatin to your whipped cream to help hold it. There is also a dry product called Dream Whip that might be available to you at your area stores, but it may not be as stiff as Cool Whip. Hope this helps. Have a beautiful day... hugs...

  • @usafireandrescue Thank YouSo much you are really helpful thanks <3 :D

  • @Xkovinxz1 You can buy vanilla extract at any grocery store. They have it at Meijers. Look in the baking mix section.

  • It look so good but where can u get vanilla :O

  • how much grams is 4 oz of cool whip?

  • @ffaman99 you can go to google and see figure it out but its 113 grams

  • What can I substitute for cream cheese.

And also can I use all purpose cream instead of cool whip?

  • @orliejay12 Hi. Thank you for watching and writing in. I've never sustituted cream cheese in this recipe. Low-fat cottage cheese that has been drained and pressed in a strainer and then whipped in a blender might work, but I've never tried it. Cool Whip is a major component of the filling and gives it shape and texture. You can substitute whipped cream, although it won't be as fluffy. Adding some gelatin to the whipped cream might help hold it. You could also try Dream.

  • @usafireandrescue Thank you very much, I'm gonna try this on my birthday!

  • @usafireandrescue Hello, Can i use a sweetner like Splenda or stevia instead of the sugar or is the sugar needed for texture ?

    Thank you

    Ruben

  • @ToFierce2handle Hi Ruben! Thank you so much for watching! Splenda or Stevia should work fine. I hope you will like it! Have a beautiful day my friend. Hugs...

  • @usafireandrescue Thankyou so much ! ! ! you're the best!

  • can you use whipped cream instead of cool whip?

  • @gogigill1 Hi. Thank you for watching! Cool Whip gives the filling a lot of shape and texture. Whipped cream should work, but it might not be as fluffy. Adding some gelatin to the whipped cream could help hold it. Have a beautiful weekend and thank you for watching!

  • what if you're in england? because we don't use "cups" as a measurement, don't have CoolWhip and don't have pre-made Oreo pie bases. I mean, for the pic base, i gues i could crush oreo biscuits and press them into a tin but the CoolWhip? and what is "cups" in ounces, grams blah blah blah?

  • it looks dammm yummy,, and yes, im going to make it.. hope mine seems good too :p ... .. btw i really like your hair :) ... take care, cya.

  • can we just skip the cool-whip?????

  • @snua86 Hi. Thank you for writing in. Cool Whip is a major component of the filling and gives it shape and texture. You can substitute whipped cream, although it won't be as fluffy. Adding some gelatin to the whipped cream might help hold it. You could also try Dream Whip, but it might not be as stiff as cool whip. Have a beautiful day... hugs.

  • @usafireandrescue hi, thank you for replying my Q...i've read somewhere dat cool whip is only available in america for this moment...in my country, all i can find is just the regular whipping cream..anyway, thank you for ur tip.

  • @snua86 Hi. Regular whipping cream should work but it might not be as fluffy as Cool Whip. If you have some gelatin, you could add it to the whipping cream to help hold it. Hope this helps. Thank you again for stopping by and writing in!

  • cos i live in england what is coolwhip im anxouis to no cos wen i am older i want to be a chef :)

  • @AusomeAdz234 Hi! Thank you for watching and writing in. Cool whip is a non-dairy whipped cream substitute that stays fluffy. • @AusomeAdz234 I just wanted to echo something usafireandrescue said about the Dream Whip. I too am from the Uk and packets of those Dream Whip's coming box's of bird's trifle mix. So im sure you can get them in supermarkets :)

  • Wow just made this for a New Years party yesterday and it was a hit!! My sister went for seconds and it was gone!! After like five minutes!! It was so so easy too!! I will definately be making it again. So Thanks so much for this recipe!!

  • @xXCarlaRaeXx Hi my dear friend! Thank you so very much for writing in! I'm so happy you liked this recipe of Kevin's. It's so easy to make and really yummy! I hope you and yours have a great New Year and thanks again for stopping by! Hugs...

  • That was so good!!! In our Canada stores, we dont have oreo pie shells... so i had to make my own. it was the best... thanks sooo much!!! Great

  • @TheDroplet7 Hi! Thanks so much for writing in! I'm sorry you do not have pre-made oreo pie shells in the stores there. Several places that used to sell them around here stopped having them. So I've been making my own too. It's a little more work, but this pie is worth it, lol. Happy New Year and thanks again! Hugs...

  • Hi! loved your video keep it up. Quick question though :D What would be a good substitute for "cool whip"? can i use whip cream instead?apparently there are no cool whip available here in the Philippines. thank you! :)

  • @Gwapongdentista Hi! Thank you so very much for watching and for the kind words. Cool whip is a non-dairy whipped cream substitute and it stays fluffy. Whip cream should work, although it won't be as fluffy. You could add some gelatin to your whipped cream to help hold it. • @usafireandrescue We've tried it and it was really good! thank you for sharing us your recipes. I'll try to add gelatin next time. I'm excited to see your next videos. Keep it up!

  • MILF

  • @xXRoss96Xx You sound like a virgin.

  • ew

  • could somebody tell me how can I remove the pie (with crust) from that pan? I'm afraid I'll break the crust....

  • @AngelFanciesyou Hi! Thank you for watching. If you are wanting to remove the entire pie from the pie pan, freezing it first "might" work, although I've never tried it with this particular recipe. Just putting a large dinner plate upside down on top of the pie and then turn the whole thing over so the pie is sitting on the dinner plate might crumble/crack the pie. The crust may also stick to the bottom of the pan and not transfer when you remove the pie.

  • Yummy!!!

  • @Fikisko Hi! Thank you for watching and writing in!

  • Id love to sample her pie !

  • Hello this looks really good but this might sound like a stupid question but do you leave the Oreo pie on top of the refrigerator or bottom?

  • @LolitaVampireBite Hi! Thanks so much for watching and commenting. I really appreciate it! You should keep the Oreo pie in the refrigerator part, rather than the freezer area. Hope you can give it a try... it's really easy to make and yummy! Have a beautiful day. Hugs to you and yours...

  • HI!

    but wondering whts cool whip?

    thnks!

  • @yakidyak Hi. Thank you for watching and writing in. Cool Whip is an artificial whipped cream that will hold up in a recipe. It is used in North America as a dessert topping and in some no-bake pie recipes.

Have a beautiful day and thanks again for stopping by. Hugs...

  • @dezlee88 Hi! Your local grocery store may have this pie crust. If they have it, it will be where the graham cracker pie crusts are located. If not, you can make a homemade version by crushing up oreos and mixing with some butter and pressing into a pie pan. Have a beautiful day! Hugs...

  • Is it okay if i use a graham cracker pie crust instead of an orea pie crust?? because in my country it is hard to find pre-made orea pie crust

  • @dottypiggy Thanks so much for watching and writing in! Graham cracker pie crust would work great. If you like, you can make a homemade oreo pie crust by crushing up oreos and mixing with some butter and pressing into a pie pan. It's more work though. Hope you are well. Have a beautiful weekend! Hugs...

  • is the cool whip same as the whipping cream ?

  • @shalynaraawrs I'm so sorry for this late reply. I just found your post... please forgive me. Whipping cream would probably be better as it is made from real cream. Cool whip or whipped toppings are supposed to serve the same purpose as real cream, but they have artificial ingredients in them. Hope you are well. Have a beautiful weekend. Hugs...

  • why, oh, why did i watch this video?..& did you say refrigerate any leftovers?..what? i doubt leftovers be happening, it looks too delicious!

  • @11moonelf I'm sorry for being so late in replying... I just found your sweet comment. Thanks so much for watching and writing. I didn't have any leftovers, lol. • holy crap i wish Australia had that oreo pie crust! i have never heard of that before! and whats cool whip??

  • @bigchipityzu Hi! How are you? You don't have pre-made oreo pie crusts there? I'm sorry. It's a great time-saver not having to crush the oreos by hand and make the crust. Even here in the States, I sometimes have a difficult time finding it. Cool whip? It's a non-dairy whipped cream substitute. Regular whipped cream would work great with this recipe too! Thanks again for watching and have a beautiful day! Hugs...

  • @usafireandrescue thank you! i enjoy watching your videos.

  • @bigchipityzu: plus Cool Whip or any same kind of same non-dairy whipped cream substitute can also be frozen (tastes like ice cream). they have a low calorie version, too. & special holiday flavors certain times of the year.

  • ur hair is twisted

  • That looks yummy!! I bet I could even make that one and I'm far from a chef, lol.

  • @bj616 LOL, this is such an easy recipe to make and yummy. I'm ashamed to say how many of these pies I have made since this video. Too many to count! Ha ha.

  • @usafireandrescue It's a good thing your slim Amy because not only does that pie look very yummy, but I bet it's packed with mega calories, lol. I have a sweet tooth which is bad thing. I must try to make that pie!

  • @bj616 I have a sweet tooth too, lol. I try to eat in moderation, but sometimes the goodies get me. I also spend a lot of time on the treadmill, ha ha. Hugs...

  • @usafireandrescue Good for you Amy, I can tell you are in good shape, it shows. Although I do have a sweet tooth I don't eat a whole lot of them, but when I do I really enjoy. I workout daily as well so I burn off a lot of calories. This recipe you are showing here is so simple that's why I like it.

  • @usafireandrescue If I'm feeling a little more energetic this afternoon I may head to town and buy what I need for this recipe. I bet my kids would love this. You could probably make some of these recipes with your eyes closed.

  • @usafireandrescue lol wow how many have you made since this??

  • @klavender87 Ha ha ha, hi dear Kevin! Your recipe is definitely a winner! :-) I totally lost count of how many I've made. You've created an "oreo" pie cookie monster, ha ha. Hope all is well your way my dear friend. Talk to you soon. Hugs...

  • Why not just go buy a box of oreo cheese cake and make that, its the same thing.

  • Hi nicolead89! How are you? Thanks for watching and commenting. An oreo cheese cake box mix? Very cool... I'm not sure I've seen that before. It comes with the crust too? You know I had a hard time finding the pre made Oreo pie crust. Our Walmarts stopped carrying them. Seems like they only have Great Value stuff these days. Oh well. Thanks for writing in and have a beautiful week ahead!

  • @usafireandrescue Its lsold just like the oringal cheese cake but just comes with cookies. Its sold right next to the original cheese cake mix and to make your own crust comes with it or you can buy it already made. I don't think i'v seen it anywhere other an Tops.

  • Hi! Thank you for the info. I will have to look for it next time. I don't have any Tops stores where I am though, but I'll look around. Thanks again for commenting. Hugs.

  • I wasn't even aware there WAS an Oreo pie crust! I hope my 5 year old doesn't find out!!! heh heh.

  • Hi! How have you been? I hope all is going great. Thank you for watching and commenting! Hugs...

  • This looks great! You could even lower the calorie count by using cool whip free and fat free cream cheese..

  • Great idea! Cool whip free and fat free cream cheese would cut down on some of the calories. I don't know if they make reduced fat oreos or not. I haven't checked. My Mom and I devoured half of this pie after we shot the video, ha ha. Shame on us! But it was so good! Thank you for watching and commenting! Hugs!

  • Looks yummy and easy to make. Love the bloopers too...
