FANTASTIC!!!! - We are on top again, now NO ONE can fuck with us anywhere in the world ever again, this means that within 1 hour we can send a greeting to any enemy wherever they may hide without risking any US lives. This is a Great Milestone and WELL WORTH WHATEVER IT COSTS!!!!!
BRAVO 1,000 Times to the DARPA Staff who developed this vehicle.
@BobCat981 Yeah i live in new zealand and it aint legal here medicinally or recreationally. Should be though, if the world just legalizes it and tax's it, alot of problems would be solved :/ :)
What a waste of money, DARPA spends all those millions of dollars and then uses a hand held video camera with terrible resolution. Go buy a long range camera next time, if there is a next time. DARPA should be defunded if they can;t get better pictures than this.
Hey artard, this was shot by a crew member with a handheld camera.
I just love how people complain about something, when the answer is right in the description. I guess reading a few sentences is too much for some folk.
@SmashingTheIE2011 We already have technology far advanced of this. Its just to placate congress/the public into thinking we're going on a traditional technological progression..when in reality we quantum leaped 60 years ago..
@ 0:17 they're saying that the HTV-2 completely separated from it's booster rocket here, and what you can visibly see here is actually the rocket (not the HTV-2).
...which is why the circle at 0:32 is not where you'd intuitively expect - i suppose it's the "predicted" location of the HTV-2 at the time. Coz as far as i'm concerned the 0:32 circled part in this video shows absolutely nothing. Maybe it's one of those "the emperor has no clothes" things i dunno.
That is incredibly fast in case anybody hasn't taken the time to watch planes cross the sky... Some of my time lapses show that even with one second representing a minute that it can take up a lot of time.

You know there's better video of this somewhere. Just think of the cameras that film the space shuttle even as it's 100km in altitude.

reyo88 6 months ago
@reyo88 nothing, but even medicinal isn't legal in some countries, like mine :(
regardless of medical needs or personal use, it should be legal for everyone everywhere :)

@WeBeGood06 Pretty sure the footage Darpa used internally isn't what we're seeing on youtube.. it's just what some guy on a ship caught on cam
