  • I only started to suffer when people began to bully me. If people didn't hurt me or make me feel like a freak, I was fine. I don't suffer from autism, I suffer from other peope.

  • my son is 5 and was diagnosed with autism at 2 1/2. i think i handle everything fine, his dad on the otherhand makes it really hard for me since he wont do any research on it, and just acts like the diagnosis was the end of all happiness, he feels like our son is hopeless, no matter what i tell him, sence i have done a lot of research i know about the possibilities for our son, i just hope my husband comes around. thanx for all your videos your very inspiring.

  • I think you are a great human being for bringing up this discussion. I have many of your videos and think you are a true American. Thank you for your example.

  • Hey,

I think every relationship between parent and child is soooooo different. Some parents refuse to suffer and usually "make " the child suffer. Some parents put up and "suffer" through alot of stuff the child puts them through and gives the kid a break. Some parents are crazy and kill their kids. I don't think the sufferning has much to do with the killing. Maybe the question is how crazy is the parent and not what a hard time they think they have :)
