  • i'm going to be a junior in high school. my GPA is 3.98 ...and i would LOVE to go to vet school.....how hard is it to get in........ and how hard is vet school itself?

  • @magicinmymusic visit the studentdoctor veterinarian forum. google it! They have plenty of answers on what you need to be doing in college!

  • HAHA EMERGENCY..

  • Poor pup

  • sad i sarted to cry we i saw this video

  • You guys definitely do things a lot different than what I've seen (vet tech btw). Did you just tape the needle in after you injected or was it a catheter? I don't understand the need to put the dog on it's side and then intubate too. Have you ever tried it in dorsal? Soooooooooo easy! Good job though!

  • @animal0505 Yeah in case he needed a bit more propoflo

I'd like to see how different hospitals do their procedures, I know different doctors all have their own way of doing things. And yeah often we intubate when they are on their back for dentals and stuff.

  • That happend when my gret dayne went in to the clening suppy room, and he got it ated windex and bathroom clening stuf.

  • that happened to my chow great dane vs my chow

  • No gloves? O_O

  • o.O

Tat reminds me of my doggy...

He died in a car accident...

Went to the vet n died there...

    :'(

  • no he had owners. And is doing quite well so far as I know.

  • was he a stray?

  • thats so sad but it looked like the dogs eyes were still open? and whats it like to be a vet i want to be one so bad.

  • Why didn't you place an IV catheter in the dog? What if he were arrest while under anesthesia?

  • the anesthesic agent has been injected in the brachio cephalic vein, and the needle is in fact the IV part of a catheter, which is kept in place during all the surgery procedure, in case of anesthesic problem. The IV line and the intubation are considered as the two "life lines" during an anesthesia

  • good intubation :)))

  • pukes...... poor puuppppyyy)=

  • thats just the gag reflex after removing the tube, its very often that the pateint regurgitates

  • Sephalic blood draws and sternal recumbancy! Haha, we're doing blood draws next week in VT school! I'm excited!

  • holy shit dude wtf is up with the face

  • what happened to him?

  • Best we know he tried to squeeze through a jagged fence or something. He is doing good last I heard.

  • i feel bad 4 him and hope hes in a good place now

  • He survived fine. Best we know was tried to squeeze through a jagged fence or something.
