compare this video to a '79 video, and see what drugs did to them. They really did too many drugs, at one point shooting up heroine right before walking on stage haha. Definitely best band of all time tho.

I totally agree, getting hooked was the biggest mistake these guys made, if they had stayed clean or even just scaled back there's no telling what they could have achieved, granted they achieved alot but still the drugs really hampered their creativity later on.

They didn't need the drugs. Besides why have a massive burnout when you can focus that effort more constructively. Pink Floyd and Queen stayed clean and their work matches and even surpasses Zeppelin in many respects.

Pink Floyd...clean!!!? That is the funniest thing I've heard in awhile. One of their founding members Syd Barrett lost his mind by abusing drugs, that is why he was kicked out from the band. And by lost his mind, I mean that he didn't even know who he was anymore.

totally agreed, beside fred was bi, and sex adicted, but that was his way, he passed, but left us a great vault of records and music, best performance ever also queen was highly influenced by led zep but robert disnt want to become so popular and never work with fred, until his death.
