Is this a free download, I don't think I have seen anything re how much it costs,???.
You made this look very easy,so now I have created a simple tune, Can I add another track, keep building on the sound adding another instrument organ, piano, percussion & add again guitar, totaling say 5 different instuments on the track building on what is basically a simple tune, orchestrating is what I mean, add drums, choral sounds etc or is it basic are your working on it,or is it just meant for basic tunes
@bezz456 - sorry for the inconvenience. That limitation is in there for technical reasons (UJAM is still Alpha), but will be removed shortly when we launch the New UJAM. You'll be notified when it happens. In the meantime, you can work around the limitation by creating your song parts in one session each, exporting them as MP3s and splicing them together in a free audio editor such as Garaband or Audacity. Not ideal, but maybe a band-aid for now.
UJAM is awesome. Now people who love music but don't have the technology or money to acquire the technology can create music and share it with friends. The sound quality is incredible, you can hone your skills with a new tool, and it's fun!
- 1: We're working on our terms of service right now to improve this much-criticized section. UJAM is not interested in owning our users compositions. It's supposed to be the "tool", not the "publisher".
2- you can export any arrangement by creating MP3. Multitrack export is planned for as a premium feature.
1-you grant to UJAM an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide, license, with the right to sublicense through multiple tiers, to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform, and publicly display your User Submissions (in whole or in part) in any format or medium now known or later developed.
