usually the director says it after the actors have did and completed all their parts of a show/movie but I guess it was cuter when they said it

She's probably just tired. They probably got up at 5 am to film this and they've probably been on set all day. 5 am is very early for a 11 or 12 year old. People that age need lots of sleep cause they're growing fast.

I just have this movie so I've seen it many times. You are right though, she does say both lines. She mentions the middle of the night. Then Ashley says that'd be a pajama party. Then she says how about right now. Then Ashley said she didn't want to wear what she was wearing...and Ashley was supposed to say change and then call our friends but she messed up.
