Some people short shift deliberately because when the car is tuned all the power is made at a certain RPM. If you go over that rpm your starting to lose power.

true my friend, its called the powerband.. Thats why its best to tune the engine in a dyno.

Why the change to 3ltr? It sounds like 6-7,000rpm rev limit?!?

you can here he's short shifting big time, but it sounds like it does pull 8500-9000 down the straight there. No need to rev the nuts off an engine if your smooth and quick is there?

yeah our old r32 was having trouble, dave the new owner had a missfire most of the day which ended up being an injector! only sorted on the last session, shame really as he is a great driver !!

I heard that the Bel Garage Evo took top honors due to you guys having a problem with the electronic toque split sending too much power to the rear? can u confirm this?

the new car should be great when sorted, 4wd was not working properly, and had no swaybars on the car as they were still being made.

really happy with the way it performed for debut.

the gearbox is a hollinger. it's fantastic!

and yeah that was our old r32 in the vid.

Great to see the new car up and running looks like an absolute weapon. I thought the 32 was an animal this has just blown me out of the water! Coming onto the straight behind the old 32 then blasting down the middle, speechless. Any plans on taking this to tsukuba? Or better yet the nurburg ring? Can't wait to see this out at Queensland Raceway!!
