  • Rob Dyrdeks Fantasy Factory?

    LIKE

  • Its O.K. without Mark , Don wrote the album , plays it and sings it.

  • Great song and very well played. I liked it a lot. Grand Funk is a very good band.

  • no Farner=no Funk

  • This a a shame without Mark!

  • No Mark, No Grand Funk! Y'all that don't like Marks political views and values . . . well, you just don't get it and that is okay-God bless us all!

  • BRUCE KULICK SHOULD TAKE OVER THIS BAND!!!!LOL Why is he doing this gig if they are never going to record? He should say, hey, I once made, with Eric Carr, Kiss into a great band (please don't thro rox). Let's get in the damn studio even if it's not on the biggest record label. "GRAND FUNK" should still mean something as far as recording offers. Have fun everybody!!!!!!

  • Hey at least theses guys Jam and don't cry before every song. I used to be on Marks side of this drama story of GFR but after seeing video's of Marks terrible copy band of himself and before every song he is whining about something, the tax man, Don screwed me, Jesus, everyone buy a gun, etc.I now don't blame these guys for kicking Marks whining ass out, he looks like a Billy Ray Cyrus want a be now, its a shame, keep jamming guys.

  • you know...mark is doing well as a solo performer...and this new GFRxR is no that bad...you have to admit that none of them are the same...but we have to support them...i mean we are pretty much the ones who keep the funk alive...

  • Right on , I just wanted to stick up for the other 2 guys , Don did alot of the singing too and I have never heard one bad word out of Don and Mel.I just got tired of hearing Mark crying before every song about something just Jam Mark we don't want to hear all your problems, (some people do like 4) its Rock n Roll! time to forget our problems, both bands do suffer.

  • Just wished to say that I think it's cool you had the guts to come on here and really be honest. Forums can be treachorous territory!!LOL Anyway, I'm a fan of all the Grand Funk stuff (Flint, the '78 No Frills band w/Bellinger, the 1981-83 GFR LPs). Look, these guys don't like playing together anymore. Love Is Dyin', right?LOL Anyway, Bruce Kulick, not sure what he's doing here, but the guy can smoke we all might know. Not a big fan of the guy doing the Farner parts vocally, but, ROCK ON

  • I just posted The Real GFRxR doing this song. Search PackedFunk.

  • Fogerty=CCR Farner=GFRxR

  • No Farner, No funk

  • You said it-no farner-no funk-big time

  • I hope they come our town cause I will definitely check them out! My observations were based on what I was seeing on You.tube. Glad to hear they playing with passion.

  • Totally agree with Gmamma!!

LOTS of magic at this show!! I was totally amazed at how GREAT they were. I've been to about 40 shows in 2007 so far, and GFR ranks in the top five for me. They ENTERTAINED the crowd and showed us they were having a great time doing it.. Passion cannot be faked!

  • What???? I've seen this version of GFR 4 times- honestly some of the best live music I've ever seen. And I'm no concert novice. It's obvious they LOVE playing- and they definatly give the fans their monies worth. They are playing for us- getting us into their groove....not many bands I can say that about. Go see the Allman Brothers band, then you can bitch about no magic. Now that's a band in it for the paycheck, unfortunatly.

  • Brewer playing and singing better than ever. But no magic onstage without Farner!

  • I agree with ya PackedFunk. There IS a lot of talent here, and I would probably check out a "New Grand Funk" CD, but it doesn't look like it will ever happen. Mark finally put out a new solo CD but I haven't picked it up yet. Really a Craig Frost era GFR fan. Craig's not being a part of the early eighties reunion was a major mistake in my book, even though I picked up both LP's.

  • No Farner = No GFRxR
