Of all the UFO cases, Billy's case has by far generated the most interest during this century. This within itself to me indicates there must be something to it, which is attracting such controversy. No matter how you cut the pie, this case doesn't seem to be going away. Perhaps there is some truth to it., could the possibility exist that what Billy has stated is true?

This film is mostly false propaganda since its not presenting a balanced perspective about the case. For instance, you don't present witness testimony from both sides.
