Well, simply put, the skinny girl lies on the bottom, the other 2 stand on the sides, I know it looks like a solid construction but the walls on the side could easily have the thickness of a piece of paper while the front and backside are keeping the structure together

I get it now, All the women are inside from the start. Those geo shapes actually collapse inside themselves, and the front rim is a projection. watch the square at the bottom, suddenly the left-table behind the box will disappear. Even the other guy is projected. when the shapes are pulled out, the women hold the edges so it retracts outward again. Why does the other guy always stand behind the box when the other inserts? its because he can't match perfectly with the projections, in plain view.
