I think the whole thing was a scam. Even the so called legit installations! Then again people let's not go categorizing all Indians as thieves. We native Kenyans have more crooks and corrupt officials than you can count. Does that mean that all of us should be called thieves? Anyway, just be rational with your comments! Hate is the last thing that Kenya needs and if you look through history, you'll see that it has never brought any lasting developments.
