  • Laura. This is a wonderful recipe that I have made twice. First with the small shrooms and next time as an entre with portabellas. (I gently scraped out the gills to keep them from getting watery.) The balsamic syrup is a spectacular addition. As soon as I saw this video, I ordered some and have since ordered 3 more jars for myself and as gifts. Very nice company. Thank so much for teaching this recipe to me!

  • i made this today with equal parts cream cheese mixed with mozzarella cheese and chopped cilantro with parmesean-flavored bread crumbs (i basically used whatever i had bc i was too excited to make this to wait to go to the store and buy these ingredients lol) and it was delicious! :)

  • I just made these tonight and My family loved them! I didn't have the balsamic glaze but they're still delicious without it. Try serving it with lemon wedges on the side, the lemon juice on top enhances the flavor, it's amazing!

  • This balsamic sauce is just soooo so good , I used to make it myself with some regular balsamic vinegre and some suger it's delicious

(an update is finalized and being submitted to iTunes this week ver. 1.1.2) all updates are free of charge, and will appear in your itunes app store as an update.
