I normally don't comment on things like this because I cant relate to it.. but after seeing the pictures of this child, and seeing how his smile just lightened my heart and touched me, I cant help but to comment on this and say that tonight when i do go to sleep I will pray that someday he may live a life that is without any obstacles.

A friend of mine has FX, and she's doing very good :) She's living her life to the fullest, and has never let anything stop her in her believings. She's living with her girlfriend, and is simply enjoying her life. Hang in there, it WILL get easier :)

Alot of people aren't aware of it. People with Fragile X don't tend to look any different to everyone else so it doesn't really stand out like other disabilities can.

Sally special mums get special kids!I worked as an integration aide with special needs children,I cannot tell you how much joy it brought me!I'm wondering if from the symptoms if Aspergers syndrome is part of the Fragile X syndrome? He looks to be a happy little boy,who knows he's loved,that's the most important gift we can give our children,cos it only happens when they feel secure! Good luck with it all <3
