well from my point of view , it seems that when it splits it went different directions and that one happened to go to the mountains direction, when it flew to the mountains direction there was no spot to land up there so it kept on rolling til it found a spot to spawn

I do not think this is a bug as the programmer has a fix distance when the ulti is use the panda spilt and this case it just happen to be up there and you are lucky its earth panda there lol. I had seen an AI sandking fallen into the 'drain' groove at the left side of the map after stunning my friend and i had a good laff when my friend blink and ask us to see lol

its an intended feature on the WC3 engine. u can TP out, use tangoes or use a bird to deliver u a TP.

I would say it's bugged, since this behaivor isn't wanted. The panda indeed did what the programmer wanted him to do, as you said went to the first place he could. So it's the logic-fail-bug-type and not the typo-bug-type, or the "this bloody library doesn't work as supposed"-bug-type. :D But however it's a bug.
