Secret may be they want to cut 'CAVALIERS' of Drum Corps International competition. 'Top Secret' is just a band name. Wile they move fast, notice that M1 Garand rifle is not present.

I am from Basel, where the top secret come from, and they have told me, that there's actually no solid reason for this name. He sounds just fine. :)
