@zim93boy FCC stuck their foot up CN's ass causing them to move toonami from weekdays to just saturday then the new CN president cracked down on anime and toonami ended up with one show (Naruto) and reruns of other stuff... This created poor ratings and soon after it was replaced by CN real because the new pres wanted to compete with Disney and Nick... They still got the lowest ratings among "kid" channels and now they're making adult swim start earlier to compensate. Its pathetic.

@RegBeta Nope, this one isn't fan made. It's a actual Promo. Strange, because I never remember seeing this one either. If I were to guess though it was probably shown near the end of Sailor Moon's run but before the Cell Games Saga started. Going by the Clips atleast.
