That's the point! Driving like an idiot doesn't get you there any faster. The guy making this video was able to keep up with PAY ME 9 simply by employing safe driving habits. Those who pass me when exceeding the limits are waiting for me at the next stop light! So what's the gain??
And judging by how fast his left signal light's blinking, i'd say that that's about to go too!
