Hi,

thanks! The main Frame ( blue ) is made with 60 mm x 60 mm Steel tubing and 80 mm x 40 mm Steel tubing.

The Gantry is mainly made of aluminium profile, like all the other connecting parts are made out of aluminium. Llightweight rocks ;-)

What size is the alu profile for the gantry? 45x45mm?

What size is the round bar linear bearing? 20mm?

What size is the linear bearing on the gantry?

Do you use this machine professionally?

alu profile is 45x45mm

The size of the round ball bearing is 20mm

Size of the linear bearing is 25mm

I don´t use this machine professionally

I do have a Maho 600 mill.

Very nicely done. I like how fast it is when it's moving to the next cut point. Hell, cutting speed is fast!
