By the way, there is an example of society without belief in God - Japan, one of the most developed capitalist states in the world today.
Khrushchev reinstated Russian Orthodox in its former position. It is not surprise that Gorbachev himself has been a Christian believer for ages and other members of CPSU as well. At Bellingshausen, one of Antartic research stations built in 1968(Soviet era), has Russian Orthodox Church for scientists.

What I want to say is that typically believing in God doesn't mean anything, but only a show. Whether you live by lessons of God or not matters.

Главная проблем с Советскым Союзом: у нух не была вера. С Богом, коммунисм мохет работать, а ц верой мужчином мы можем делать все, но только ц Богом.
