  • fuck americans

  • Arabic believes Monotheism, but are they believe god wind too?

  • Yes i know what it is, but there is still differences, that take place in different circonstences, different moments of history, etc

  • Japanese KAMIKAZE is not suicide attack.

    They are worried nation future.

    So was American young soldier.

  • I have no respect for desperate acts of insanity which wasted lives and caused so much needless suffering. All for a lie beaten into the heads of a robot-like populace too submissive, too cowardly to defy or even acknowledge the stupidity of their leaders. If you admire the Kamikaze, you are a just as much a fool as they were. I'm sure my uncle Hendrix would agree. The Japs killed him. For what?

  • JAPAN IS HERO KAMIKAZE, DIE

  • great video music though is annoying

  • AWESOME video. What a proud nation those japanese are. No disrespect to americans tho.

  • Even if we don't agree with what was done or how it was done, these men did something that we all sit back and take for granted, the fought for the World with guns. Not funny right, but it still happend, Imagine youself fighting for Kingdom and Empire.... Very scary indeed.

  • Alright its nothing more then a bad joke, the japs from ww2 are without a dought one of the best fighting forces of all times, and they proved themself very effective in the battle field, if maybe they we're more advanace for their times and the nuke didnt overwhelm them they could of for sure played the war out for many years to come, Maybe they could of choked the americans into ending that would see their army still intact ,we should always pay tribute to soldier of WW2 .

  • @Mrken001 this must be their crash course in doing so, their trying to figure out to to compact so much data unto one disk........

  • My great uncle was on the Bunker Hill when it was attacked by Japanese Kamikazes.

  • Great music in this, anyone know what it is?

  • @Gefilta japanese music.

  • @Gefilta

I believe it is a version of Kitoku Kyu, try looking this one up :) !

  • @Burugariano ah thanks, Arigato, I will.

  • i think if i were in their shoes i would die for my homeland too, that is normal ... and a part of the war

  • If someone says they were crazy and fanatic i say no they weren´t crazy they were heroes who fought fanatically for their country! I´m proud of japan, the keep their tradition and their heroes!

    Teno heka banzai from germany

  • @blonderbonser

That's the romantic version. not the harsh unglamorous reality. Most kamikaze pilots were drafted university students, given one week flight training and assigned to a suicide unit with no real choice in the matter. They did it because they were pressured into it by a military culture obsessed with the ideal of dying for one's country, and for fear that their families back home would be disgraced and worse should that particular pilot shirk his holy "duty".

  • @knutgordon

yes for some it is true, for others is a choice, but if you know the real true behind the ways of recruting behind the irak conflict it's quite bad too , unfortunatly war its war and the lifes of civilians is very secondary no matter the champ you are, only the victory counts all this to satisfy the objectives of a little minority that doesn't care sending children being killed.

  • There is always a price to pay when you do something that inflicts massive amounts of damage such as kamikaze. You could just drop bombs and save your life rather then doing something more effective such as killing yourself in a kamikaze.

  • respect from greece too all japanese heroes

  • Comment removed

  • Did they die? :D:D :D

  • @Paciat yes

  • good fucking lord, that 'music' is horrendous!!

  • its amazing when they realised they have lost they offers themselfs for a greater good

    like true heroes

but still people are not build for war we should live together in peace instead of racisme and killing for religions, oil and many other nonsence. On tv and games war looks so cool but the fact is in real its not.

  • i'm like kamikaze ya kamikaze is heros forever

  • kamikaze heros yes

  • Greatest Warriors on Planet Earth, bar none.

  • best pilot of ww2 the kamikazees

  • @bluegreen988 lol NOPE the best pilots of ww2 were the ones that could fuck carriers up and live to tell about it LOL

  • Without the A-bomb, theres no way in hell the US would have beaten them, they had school children ready to make themselves tank mines ffs.

  • @lmos26 You need to read a little history. Before the A-bomb Japan had no territory left and the US had a huge invasion force ready to invade the Japanese mainland. Japan also had no ships or planes by then. They may have committed mass suicide as you suggest but they would have gone down.

  • @kirwind if US will invade japan without a-bomb it will take years (maybe 3 years or more before japan surrenders) and many lives will lost on both sides . I think the a-bomb is the best option..

  • @bluegreen988 You are correct. i don't think it would have been 3 years but it would have been ugly and i probably would never have known my dad who left for the Pacific when i was about a month old.

  • the song is badass.... whats the song name? like it!

  • Other erros is the general use of katanas, when in reality the katanas were only handed and used by high grade officiers and those who won great distinctions in war for bravery or thinks like that, not all the soldiers had katanas.

  • The american hollewood productions movie made so many errors about kamikaze, in the movie pearl harbour they said kamikaze were used, when it's was wrong. I mean some crashed volontary, but it was individually cases. The firts massive and generally kamikaze attacks used by imperial army really begin in 1944.

Most of them were students, and usually very young (under 20 for lot of them), some of them were even only teenagers (about 15-16).

  • Japan die die good

  • @TheMeGaSpIkE0 Well .. just think of the atomic bomb

  • YSCVIC, you're leaving out an important fact. When the Japanese invaded China in 1937, they were absolutely brutal, murdering hundreds of thousands of civilians in Nanking. Not collateral damage, deliberate murder. Also used Chinese civilians for Nazi-like medical experiments. The British brought the rule of law, individual rights, medical care, and a higher standard of living to places like Hong Kong and Malaya. The Kamikaze pilots were brave men serving a rotten cause.

  • @flash9781 What you believe about China is called propaganda. Watch following vid.

    watch?v=kXME1WzLRyo

  • i heard somewhwere that the only reason that the kamikaze attacks happened was that japan was losing so they had to think up new tactics. can somebody please clarify if this is true

  • @SuperWAZZZZZZUP Yes,you are right. When Japan lost those 4 carriers in less than 2 days the were then out of trained & experience pilots. The trained these new(so called )pilots with roughly 30hrs flight training and after the ceremonial and holy drink of sake they sent them on their 1 way cherryblossom trip and then to (in their belief)a Sumari's place in heaven.

I hope this help's you out?

    Cheer's from Canada

  • @SuperWAZZZZZZUP Also added to my previous post to you,the Japanese Navy along with losing those 4 carriers lost and their aircrews they lost over 329 bombers/fighters aswell dive bombers rom which they never recovered.

Anyway, take care and Cheers from Canada.

  • Japs invent weird things

  • @KONSMITH Not always. The japanese invented the CD, DVD and blueray disks.

  • First smart missile!!!!!!

  • Your all stupid. This is not political. This is history.

  • who is at 9:11 ?

  • Medal of Honor: Rising Sun

  • @D3niQ Metal of Stupidness: Rising Sun...

  • @TheMeGaSpIkE0 stupid obese american

  • Umi Yukaba and Saki...and they are ready to go

  • stupid americans

  • fanaaaaaaaaaaaaaatiiiiiiiic, salute for their bravery

  • True Heroes!

  • Please stop any wars in the world. Kill or be killed is very stupid just like you see animals killing each other. Be wise. Learn pain from the past. And ... the king of Japan should feel shame for the war he admitted to. How Japanese was so naive to follow someone (the stupid king) who send young people to become bombs. Fooling people. If Japanese felt sad about their people losing their lives for country, why didn't they also think that they're killing others ! We are brothers.

  • Much respect to the loyal, brave, honorable men who (knew) they would not be coming back to their home, wife and child...

  • @epk1942 you don't know what is respect

  • Japan prodded the sleeping giant. The rest, as they say, is history. And contrary to bleeding heart liberals, (or bowing socialist culls like Obunghole) the bombing of Nagasaki and Hiroshima SAVED countless lives on both sides...

America... Love it or LEAVE it!!!

Proud son of Pearl Harbor survivor...

  • @BucksOwin

    Leave

  • @BucksOwin I AGREE that the bomb ultimately saved a lot of lives. I am a proud son of a Naval officer who fought in every field of battle in the South Pacific and I served in the Navy during the Vietnam War.

Real Americans show each other respect and want to make America a better place. By your last comment you tell me that you are just a sad, angry little man.

  • what the fuck is this song man!!!!!

  • @YSCVIC what you are saying made a lot of sense... but still war is not the answer...

  • When US and UK colonized, they did not do so by killing and enslaving. Japan could have "colonized" just as others did, but chose violence and war. Guilt-driven apologist comments show a lack on intelligence and insight into history.

  • it would be better with good music

  • Please do not work as 9.11 and kamikaze together.

  • what will happen if china and US rage a war?? wow that will be amazing..lol

  • love kamikaze

  • I feel sorry for the American soldiers who fought in the Pacific instead of the ones who fought in Europe.. The german soldiers surrendered by the hundreds of thousands.. Japanese soldiers will fight to the last man

White people love to go to war with Asians back in the early and mid 19 hundreds by lately it has been with Poor Defenseless Arab people - they are easier to beat !

  • @HistoryHmoobGuy Lord, you are one guilt-ridden American apologist. Does no one actually study world history outside of some silly politically correct framework? Does anyone remember that America helped save the world from countries who thought bayoneting women and children -- rape of Naking -- was "okay"

  • @gmonsen What an extraordinary double-standard you apply to your rulers!

  • funny how they wore helmets

  • @dirkadirka81 and parachutes.

  • respect for japanese people and their honor.

  • 9.11と神風を一緒にするな ボケ

  • @nabeken1012 what did you say?

  • @bukosaladbuko10 he said don't compare 9.11 to kamikaze

  • @sawdudeful ahh tnx dude

  • @sawdudeful In some way it is comparable, it both has something to do with culture

  • @sm0keshell so? im not the one that said it, i was just translating.

  • The "music" is boring after awhile. This needs some narration, some historical background. Kamakaze pilots weren't used until the US Navy had put the nips on the ropes. And yes, the nuclear bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasake saved at least a million lives, on both sides. . . . And yes, if it comes to it, we will do the same or more to the tyrants of Iran and elsewhere.

  • i have a great respect for those guys ...to sacrifice yourself for your country ...it s not an easy decision ... they had balls ..not like today .. creep fake people everywhere lookin only for money and interest... world of of shit ... fake crysys and dark political interests.. fuck politicians...fuck them all...

  • esto es lo que va pasar en proximo en EEUU

  • A BIT OF NARRATION WOULD HAVE MADE IT A LOT BETTER, RATHER THAN THAT WAILING BLOODY MUSIC.

  • ONORE AL GIAPPONE

  • Can I call those terrorist from 9/11 as Kamikazes? =))))))))

  • why did they wear helmets?

  • Japan deserves to rise up again. It is major power, but it is not treated that way

  • USA never changes from this time. This is their way...........

  • Comment removed

  • Although Japan had agreed to WWI treaties not to expand her territories thoroughout Asia, the US and UK miliatary continued to colonize Asian Nations at an alarming rate, getting closer and closer to Japan. If I was Japanese and cognizant of world affairs I would agree that war was inevitable.

  • @YSCVIC japan was another imperialism country....think twice please sir

  • @YSCVIC That's bullshit

  • what a creepy music

  • They are true heroes of japan also they have the right to destroy us navy ships to protect there homeland

  • @thesaudi07boyz they have a right? that's like saying they have a right to invade all those countries they did., stfu you dumb fool

  • @Dogmeat1950 suck a dick fagget.. ther have a right.. just like afghanistan all .. who fight amrica got the right 2 put a dick in u US ass motherfucker.. u time wel soon come dont worry

also bro wake up USA Made a hoaz just 2 enter Afghanistan.. wake the fuck up

  • @BunBRIP 9/11 was a inside Job and the USA didn't land on the Moon right?

stfu conspiracy freak there is a reason why people like you have lack of friends and get laughed at all the time.

  • how to defeat an enemy that doesn't want to live

  • I WILL DIE WITH HONOR

  • The song sucks

  • BANZAI

  • @gtk4158a You mean Prince Yasuhiko Asada of Nanking fame. Thanks to Gen MacArthur, this arsehole escaped earthly punishment for his war crimes and spent his postwar days playing golf. Emperor Hirohito was a gutless worm - he was happy to side with whoever was in power. Not a word of apology from him to the thousands of Japanese soldiers who killed, burned, stole and ultimately died in his name. Yes, the Japanese then were ruled by a family of criminals, murderers and kleptocrats.

  • I want everyone to read this article.

Maybe get to know our hearts and thoughts of the Japanese Emperor's buried in a distorted historical facts.

Japan does not win the war is not. We're just hoping to live just like a human being a human being. It still does not change the old days.

    w.yoyokaku.com/note-to-Roosevelt.htm

  • @gtk4158a on the other side Truman has been so honest he bombed japan even if Hirohito resigned weeks before. Oh yeah, and americans took part on the war, but just when they were sure their economical asset would max benefit to their nation, letting million soviets die in Stalingrad before acting, and making lots of american soldiers dying in Europe. They also landed a great help in restoring mafias authority in southern Italy. Truman never paid for his atrocities. politicians always suck.

  • The japanese kamikazes differs from terrorsit kamikaze, the main japanese kamikaze targets were military targets, the terrorist doen't mind killing innocents.

Even if i'm not so sure that the 9.11 was made by terrorists, but that is another history.

  • @tatianaf1000

You are correct about your statement.

  • @tatianaf1000

Some would say that was only due to lack of possibilities, because their main targets obviously were the ships closing in on them... the Japanese military did not care overly much about the laws of war nor for the life of civilians or defenseless prisoners in WWII.

  • @tatianaf1000 WTF IS TERRORIST KAMIKAZE?????????

  • @sijotakane

kamikaze main targets during WWII were military targets, ships particulary, it's a war strategy. Kamikaze terrorist main targets are civilians and they do it to express political or religious ideologies, for exemple 11.9.01

  • @tatianaf1000 do you know what is kamikaze?

  • @gtk4158a well, the emperor was in a desperate situation mate, Japan didn't have any resources. I'm sure America would do the same if it didn't have any resources to support modernisation. Those who won the war can call him evil, morally bankrupt and perverted because they won. If you win, you are divine. Who in the course of history has won a war and not be considered divine? Try looking at the matter from a third person's point of view. maybe, you can see the situation from a different angle.

  • @gtk4158a Like most american Politicians.

  • @gtk4158a not the emperor, more tojo hideki. the emperor didnt wanted the war, the government back then forced him to start a war,and he just wanted to do,what would be the best for his citizens,it breaked his heart when nagasaki and hiroshima was nuked. i think hirohito was a good person but a victim of his environment.

  • These are real diehard hopr to die for the emperor japs back in ww2--what a wate of lives----thier emperor doesnt even knew them----------------Fuck all the wars, why cant all the countries in the world talk about things and settle it nice and in peace----My Granpa was a former General of the ww2 and he told me of all the terrors they have been--my dad was a war baby who grew up in the Phillippine Islands in 1941---Hunger and terror awaits is waht war is all about.

  • Thanks for uplording this footage. there are a lots of scenes which I never seen before.

  • Music reminds me of SimCity4 Deluxe? Anywayz, nice video ;)

  • How to Defeat an enemy that doesn't want to live

  • My Dad and his brother Richard served in the South Pacific during WWII. In fact, my father was on the USS Hazelwood DD-531, do a search on it and see the destruction these little SOBs did, 2 thirds of the sailor were killed in that attack. You think are guys were bad in Iraq, having people in their underwear. Try having bamboo shoved under your finger nails. The also burnt our guys alive in air raid trenches filled with fuel.

  • @Floridaguy67able And what did you expect?

  • awesom footage man, realy cool and rare and kkind of exclusive, the pictures are cool too :) i especielly like this scene 4:02 bold and brave japanese pilot flying an F1M pete (?) risks his life and yet survives a massive barrage of AA with his low speed, low altitude and close range to the AA. very rare

    thanks

  • @dividednation44

Yeah, I haven't seen that before.

  • @askjiir indeed, it was top rare s it looks epic, wonder what was the pilot like, looks like he's up to attacking lots of enemies counting how many AA's are firing at him. poor japanese, its a baeutiful plane to be lost like this....

  • @dividednation44

Using such obsolete aircraft is double suicide O_o It's unlikely he can reach his target with that slow speed.

  • @askjiir i was thinking the exact same...

must've been a bad day flying an F1M pete biplane in a kamikaze mission.... won't do much damage even if it reaches anyway, should've used something fast and loaded, an A6M would do

  • stealth nuclear bomb kamikaze pilot in ww3 that wud b so destructive

  • @samantha34ize from where the hell would they get the nuclears? their nuke plant is blown up, remember? lol

  • I read a book called "The Prize" which documents the history of oil. In the book it talks about how oil {or a lack of} had a profound effect on the decision making and dererioration of both Japan and Germany's "prospects" in WW2. To a degree wasn't the use of kamikaze's felt to be the most "efficient" mode of attack late in the war because the lack of petrol would not allow for long sortee's? Japan's religion, their mindset, insular culture also allowed for it too. Devotion to "the whole."

  • This is compelling and very well done. Today, we are so used to someone talking or moderating that it is a bit "eerie" because without the moderation one has to make connections and assimilate what is being viewed and at the same time trying to integrate what knowledge we have of the Pacific campaign and the culture of Japan {mindset} while we watch. This is no easy task for the "fast food" intellectual culture we live in today. I enjoyed it though once I got "used to it." Well done.

  • whhat's name of this music?

  • Do someone know if this video is in the public domain?

  • *Does(typo)@rogsopp

  • Thanks for the video, im a japanese born american. I remember at certain places of okinawa I still have bullets from the coral and rocks that was lodged from Us troops. my grandma (rip) survived the battle and stayed in the cave system. my grandpa fought on a japanese carrier off of okinawa but survied also. I ended up serving with the us marine corps and, a warrior is a warrior, thats for sure.

  • Heroes.

  • great movie, im tattoing a full sleeve with asian kamikaze theme and this movie gave me som nice ideas. i did yesterday a kamikaze pilot that missed the ship and is laying in the water with a flower growing over him while he is watching his comrades flying over him (you can see it in his reflection on the glasses on his pilot hat

  • @Herkulez1981 are you even japanese?

  • @Herkulez1981 Hope you will post how that look like.

  • Comment removed

  • Atom bomb over Hiroshima on the plane named " The Enola Gay ", The cowards ways of fighting a war....

  • @MaoSuratt911 Fool!!

The Atom bombs that were dropped.. That ended the war. were adorned with the metals and other gifts of peace that japans emperor gave the united states a couple of weeks prior to the sucker punch at pearl harbor.

Please dont fool yourself. Adolf hitler would have destroyed japan as well as ALL other Asian countries and its citizens would have been exterminated. That is an ignorant thing for you to say.

  • That's what it's like when Lucifer fell from grace....Hirohito their GOD cast them out.

  • There's is still a question of courage and bravery moment before impact, those who closed their eyes and those who didnt.......life and injuries meant suffering,to avoid suffering one must steer head on with eyes wide open to ensure a glorious ending for oneself....Martyrs never fail to die in great cause....

  • Hirohito an Emperor on land. The Kamikaze "The Emperor Of The Sky ".He who died last suffered the most,a coward died a thousand death Hirohito !!!

  • On a good day the honey bees kisses the flowers and collected nectar, but whenever the colony of peace are being threaten, the honey bees applied it's deadly stinger,it had only but one stinger one life to spend and once applied it knew it's days of flower kissing and nectar collectioning is over, his arse is screwed.....but God save the queen bee !! in the case of the Japs,Shinto Save Emperor Hirohito.

  • Comment removed

  • Death is only but a blink of the eyes, but you must go head on courageously. The truly brave keep his eyes open moment before impact, the cowards close his.God despised cowards !!!

  • Look mummy no hands !!! ;))))))))))

  • C'mon , relax a bit with your comments guys please , would ya ?

  • @ChampionFx ok, well why dont you tell this "60 year old" to quit spreading lies. kamikazes were effective. they not only gave Japan hope as the US was closing in, but they killed over 5000 americans, damaged hundreds of ships and sunk over 30 ships. not to mention the psychological factor they played on American soldiers. it was scary.
