Very good!! :D I love that you like hemp seeds so much, I have been using hemp seeds for a while now and feel so good about eating them, I love the hemp seeds and powder(use this every morning for breakfast smoothie) it's so good!! In America, most people look at me funny when I tell them I eat hemp seeds. Most people don't even know what that is =D haha

Wow, look at all the packaged foods, so much plastic and so much effort to export..this is not a natural diet. I eat fruits, veggies and herbs not all this expensive stuff in packages.Most people cant afford all this and here u are just showing off. I dont think you would last one day out in the woods living in nature without your hemp protein powder & 6 dollar chocolat bars. I will stick to my simple natural diet.

Just curious, if chia seeds are from Central America, couldn't you grow it where you live? Also, couldn't you buy a fig tree somewhere in Costa Rica? Would Maca grow there too?

Some of that stuff isn't raw...don't know if that matters to you. The Maranatha almond butter is made from pasturized (briefly heated) almonds. The nori is toasted, not raw. You can get these things online in bulk for much cheaper...I think Amazon and a lot of companies ship to CR.

Very fun to watch, and informative! That is a huge store! We don't have anything that big near where I live in Eastern PA. Several small stores, but not close to a Whole Foods or anything like where you were.

I feel the same way each time I go to Whole Foods!!! After 10 years in the US, I am still overwhelmed with the choice in superfoods and organic produce...that is one thing I really love about living here. Back in Switzerland, we only have small organic shops or tiny organic sections in food stores...and little to no superfoods or access to supplements! My mother tried to buy D3 vitamins and all they would sell her was the baby dosage!

You should not live on that, hopefully its supplements for the coming years ?. Way to much fat and cacao/carop powder is very addictive . Why salt ? - thats a poison, yes even sea salt. Try eat a teaspoon of salt without anything else..yeah not very nice :)

Braggs Liquid Aminos have been found to be an unhealthy food because it comtains excitotxins (MSG) that are not on its label. Raw Sangha's website has some articles about this. The healthiest soy sauce is a Wheat-free Tamari sauce.
