そう、政治の失敗です。 でも日本の支配層は、換金作物の栽培を強制してコメづくりをおろそかにした訳ではありません。 オランダの場合は、刑法で言う「未必の故意」、つまり本国の利益のためなら、住民が死んでも構わないと見なした所に問題があった訳です。

いいえ、換金作物の栽培を強制し、コメづくりを制限した結果、餓死者を出したような例は聞いたことがありません。 それらは平時に行われたもので、より悪質です。
「朝鮮人虐殺」というのは3.1事件や関東大震災を意味するのでしょうが、そうした異常事態の鎮圧とは比較になりません。
