My Christmas came early this year.

On black friday, i was at work at Kmart, and when i went to take my break i went out to my car to get my backpack to do my homework. I stepped in some glass and i looked up and my window had been broken and my stero was ripped out and my ipod and school books were stolen. But the guy cut his hand so there was blood all over my car, so we have a chance at getting him!

So i got a new window and my subs for Christmas :)

Our tradotion is to open our presents on midnight of christmas eve , i actually NEVER beleived in Santa, so i wasn't fooled when my parents would be like"santa won't give you your presents if dont go to bed"lol, happy holidays :)

Thank you for putting this video up a bit early! I'm from holland and we celebrate sinterklaas (st. nicholas).. but if you say sinterklaas it kind of sounds like santaclaus :). We celebrate that the fifth of december and then we also celebrate chrismas of course, but not with presents... just the tree and big dinner and being with our family!

in england its very simular. in my house we go to bed on xmas eve early hahaa (i have younger bros and sisters) wake up at like 5 or 6... all sit on my parents bed and wait till 7am then go downstaira, dad first to check santas still not there :) open our presents aaand at lunch we have chicken and veggies x

I live in Slovakia, and we have dinner on 24th, about 6pm. My family, and especially my mom is very punctual about the 6pm so every year, we have to start at 6 pm. :D We start with wafer with honey. Then,Traditionally, we should have some kind of fish, but since I dont like that little bones in them, me and my brother have fishsticks,. :D Then potato salad (my brother has french fries :D )and then we have some fruit. after the dinner, we go to the tree and get our presents. :D

Since I'm from Sweden we celebrate the 24th instead of the 25th. We eat early, and the we watch TV, it's like a christmas thing with Donald Duck and some other. Then we get our presents after that.. Actually my family goes to like a christmas-bath thing in the morning too..

In Ireland, advent calendars are like really imprtant and then on Christmas eve we like all just get hyperactive and can't sleep then we get up really early on Christmas morning to open our gifts from Santa. In my family we have to wait until after mass to get gifts from close family then we cook dinner (turkey or something) and grandparents come over thenin the evening we we go to the other granny's with our portable gift and have another Christmas dinner

Okay, I live in Finland, and here's how we do it:

23rd: Pick up the tree, yay :)

24th:morning: x-mas breakfast. open presents from friends. the decorate the tree. then some randomness. The we eat. in the evening we're going to my mum's sister & her husband + kids. also my grandpa and his new wife come too. then we exchange gifts. then we go to visit graves. then we go back home to give each other gifts and open other gifts from relatives etc.Yup.

In Spain they normally get presents for Dia de los Reyes Magos which is on January 6th but I think Christmas is starting to become big here - like Halloween

My mum is Dutch so we celebrate Sinterklaas on the 5th of December but we usually don't get presents we just get chocolate letters (The first letter of your first name made out of chocolate) and dutch food like Poffertjes (which are kind of like minipancakes)

My Dad is Bermudian so we have a North American type of Christmas on the 25th and we eat Codfish and Potatoes (and Avocado and Banana with a Tomato sauce) for breakfast and Cassava pie along with a "normal" Christmas Dinner!!

In my family (I live in Sweden, Europe), chirstmas only are in december the 24, so we wake up, waiting for guest to come or we come to them like 12 am, then we eat our christmasdinner (ham, meatballs etc.). Santa isnt really a big thing in The Netherlands. And my family doesnt really celabrate it like in America. We just have more fancy dinners.

But we do have a sort of Santa called Sinterklaas (he looks like a Santa that lost weight :P). That starts mid Nov. to the 5th of Dec. And on the 5th you get gifts. But thats only for the little once. Grown ups draw nots and give each other funny wraped gifts.

my family santa brings you one big gift like ugg boots or a camera or something and then you get smaller gifts that are like $25 - $50 like clothes and DVDS from him, aunts, and my parents. but yeah santa leaves us toiletries at my house and usually a little itunes gift card, since my brother and i are always counting quarters to give to my mom to buy a song with her credit card and guess santa is thinking of my mom there.

Me and my friends celebrate the 'winter solstice' or 'Yule' (as its called in some places^^)

It's not normally a 'gift giving' holiday, it's more of a celebration, but we usually just make little homemade ornaments or bracelets or something like that. It's a lot of fun, we get a BIG feast and have a big bonfire~~! ^__^
